Could have been a decent story, a novella perhaps, but it has no detail whatsoever, far too short, and seems to be written by a child :-(

First line "Sally was sitting ominously in the cafe watching the world go by." Ominously? There was nothing ominous about Sally, the cafe, or the world going by. This short story appears to have been written by a kid. It tells rather than shows a (sort of) story; it does not engage. Poor word usage, poor punctuation, poor storytelling, poor story - not worth the time.

This was a short (29 pages) love story from England by the use of phrases used in the United Kingdom. I enjoyed it but kind of corny & unbelievable in this day & age IMHO!

I think a 12 year old wrote this. Ridiculous!
