This is a great sounding compilation of popular Christmas songs. I like the fact that Diana doesn't overdo any of these classics. She is just too cool on this CD, but still conveys the joy of the season through her unique interpretation of each song.

I own A LOT of Christmas CD's but thus one is definately NOT on any list I would recommend! I had such hopes for this CD but all but one or two songs are duds! Buy something else!

I bought this CD last year, and it never left my stereo for a month. The music hits just the right tone--jazzy, sophisticated, and a little smoky, perfect for a cocktail party or just listening to while the snow falls outside. Highly recommended.

I ran right out and purchased Diana's latest CD the day it was released - and haven't stopped playing it since. Here it is November 2 and Christmas music is filling the air - and what great XMAS music it is. Krall outdoes herself - fabulous songs, arrangements - singing pure bliss. Do yourself a favor and run out and purchase "Chrismas Songs" - it will be the best gift you'll get!!!

I rarely listen to Christmas CDs - they're mostly boring and have the feeling of being ground out to make a quick buck. This one has a lot of joy in it, a lot of the subtlety and tonality that make Diana Krall's CDs such a joy to listen to (with the possible exception of The Girl in the Other Room). Get it. Sit back. Relax. Listen....and enjoy.
