    IMMENSELY MIRTHFUL

the story and the characters were beautifully illustrated though some parts have frivolous aspects... a very good book for the ones who wants their hearts to be warmed...

    Misleading title

I was somewhat disappointed with this collection of short stories. I had just finished reading the Anne series when I discovered this book and ordered it. I began reading it thinking that it was perhaps further tales of Anne at Christmas time, but it was actually just exerpts from the Anne books among other short stories that were less than thrilling compared to the wonderfully delightful Anne books. It really was a good book of short stories just don't begin reading with false hopes.
