    more from this reviewer

The basics of glam/beauty photography... and more!

Lighting Techniques is a good overview of the basics, well illustrated and has some new ideas! This is a book that is mostly targeted at folks who are in the beginning or intermediate level of their interest in this area of the photography profession, but as always anyone can learn something from a well organized and comprehensive book like this. It is also a very sensitive and thoughtful exploration of this photographer's craft and perspective. I found it thoroughly enjoyable, especially the section on photographing pregnancy. A nice addition to the literature available!
