I have several books on lighting and I don't like any of them as much as I like this one. The other books have diagrams on how to set up your lights and where to place your model, but there's only one photo of how the resulting image will look. In this book, Chris Gray not only tells you how to set up a light for a specific effect, he shows you a before and after photo. He also tells you handy "how to" techniques on making some of the lighting accessories yourself. I'm glad my photo teacher recommended students interested in learning lighting techniques get this book. I do not regret this purchase as it has helped me immensely.

And he is wrong. Rehash of douglas characters and jokes. But the Doctor and Romana are done justice. Not asgood as it should have been. Pretty sure the author was stoned when he wrote it
