I have suffered from CPP for over 4 years & this book could not be more informative or comprehensive. I have literally been there, done that, or so I thought. I will bring the highlighted sections to my specialists, & the note taking I have done as well & see if we can " start over" for the hundreth time with some of the information in this book. Highly recommended for those who suffer from CPP. Yes, it's pricey, but your health & well-being is worth it. ~Hippie Chick~
