So nice I've had to buy it twice

I thought this book was great. My son who was actually just over one year when I first bought it would just light up when he saw it. I thought the theme of making friends and hanging out together was especially great. I even bought the zebra one which seemed to teach about a self/group identity as well as the simple concepts of matching and difference. Unfortunately to an exploring toddler destroying them is as fascinating as hearing them read so I an buying them both again because my son at two and a half is becoming a great listener and reader. I think these books are related to that phenomena. The only downside is that the funky structure that makes them fun also makes them easy to damage. Even with that, I am still buying them again.
