Best Cinderella story I've ever read and a great read for the beach/pool. Too bad I went to an all-girls Catholic school with no Prom Kings to look at!

I love the plot of this book but I just don't understand the title. Cindy didn't go to the prom she went to homecoming.

It was ok. It did not really go into any depth. I did not get to know the characters. And WHAT HAPPENED TO TOBY?!? He just disappeared after he got his grandfather. It was cute. It was sweet. It had NO FIRE.

I mean nice story but what happened to toby after he pick up his grandpa for the project he was never mentioned again that was sad i mean how did the presentation even go. I mean he was changing because of cindy but then it was like he no longer existed in the story.

I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. I could just envision so many of the scenes, and could feel for poor Cindy. I would recommend it to anyone who likes "Light" reading. It was easy reading without having to put a lot of thought into the story line. I had never read any books by Carol Grace before, but if the title were enticing enough, I would read her work again

This book is sweet, but it could use a lot more detail. I felt it barely brushed the characters...

Spin on Cinderella. Cute story and decent writing. Was a lot saying that just could of done without did not give anything to the book. There were side stories too that took away from the main story. But like said cute story ok writing.

This read like, "Family Channel look at me, I'd be a great series. Huh, huh, pretty please....". Some of the cultural references are dated (the Jonas Brothers are past prime and have been for a while) and I'm annoyed at mislabeling of the "Gay and Lesbian Club.". It's LGBTQI and they encourage "straight allies" to be a part of things rather than a yeah, whatever' you're a nice oddity to have along for the ride. The ball on the oral report/WWII class project was noticeably dropped as well as many characters. It's trying to be way too much and ends up being an OK work. I certainly don't want to pick up the next ones in the series unless a lot of editing, revising or tightening up happens.
