A hilarious and astutely written breakdown about what REALLY keeps modern human relationships going. Cinescopes is far better than constellations, old wives' tales, or unwanted family advice in determining who you will be able to spend quality time with. A must have for any fans of popular culture or those wanting to not seem completely out of touch.

So brilliant and clever! And who doesn't love making a list of their favorite movies?? I like to re-do my list at least once a year to see how my personality has changed. It's fun and addicting, and ridiculously insightful. Like, ridiculous. Get this book!!! Makes an awesome gift, too!!!

what a fun and thought provoking book!!! its nothing like astrology! it's obvious that much more research has gone into this book than goes into 'star-gazing' or stuffing fortune cookies. it's remarkable how accurate it is. perfect as a coffee table book, but would also be a great ice-breaker for small groups &/or parties. and definitely a great gift for movie buffs!

I enjoyed reading it so much that I started to give it as a gift with microwave popcorn and movie tickets. It's been a great hit!!

Cinescopes takes western astrology and gives it a 21st century overhaul. In this present era dominated by distraction and disconnection, Cinescopes provides a fun, relevant and easily digestible manner to reconnect with both yourself and your friends and family. We all need a character 'check up' once in awhile and what easier way to do it than with your favorite film characters at your side.
