    Twenty-Five Recipes, including Cakes!

    First, let me recommend that you check the Gooseberry Patch Nook section often, because they're often free. I didn't pay for this one, but I don't think it would be a problem at less than a dollar, because it has twenty-five recipes. A lot of them are in the category of "comfort food," including Chili and Roast recipes. I'll list a few of the recipes as shown in this book: Chili Rellenos, Mulled Cider, Taco Roast, Lasagna, Italian Chops, Pot Roast, Chicken and Dumplings, Shreded Chicken and my favorite.....Triple Chocolate Cake. I made the cake first off and it was wonderful. These dishes are perfect for cooler weather.

    Soooooo not right!

    I got the free sample, and there were NO resipies! What ever you do, do not get the free sample. It is just a waste of time!!!

    Slow Cooker

    Just got this and I will definitely try about half the recipes. Well worth .99. My only complaint is that I thought there would be pictures of the various dishes. I love photos in cookbooks!

    no info on this book

    I wanted to see a sample of what the recipes look like - the sample is all publication info not content. I'm not buying even for $.89!!!

    Bad free sample

    Won't buy this because I was unable to tell if the content of the book would be recipes I'd enjoy due to the fact the sample only showed the title page. Too bad.
