The level of detail I was looking for

This book provided the amount of information and level of detail that I needed. Chapter 2 alone (the chapter on call routing) was so thorough - with excellent examples and graphics - that just chapter 2 alone was well worth the cost of the book. I found answers in this book that I couldn't find in the product documentation. Highly recommended!
