We read and reread the book over and over.
I am so surprised by the good reviews for this book. This book was a gift for my 16 month old daughter. It is the worst children' book I have ever seen. The pictures are creepy and weird, and the words are too. I was hoping for a cute rhyming book with some sort of movement/following directions piece, but my daughter is not into it. She doesn't even like the pictures. Some are scary- like the gorilla carrying around the baby by it's shirt. Choose something else... Brown Bear, Brown Bear is a favorite, so are all the Sandra Boynton books.
My son and I throughly enjoy this book. There are so many activities in this one book to keep him quessing on what will come next. If you have children who are activite this is a great book.
This is a great book for reading to a group of kids! It provides fun activities in a rhyming text and allows it's listeners to burn off some steam.
