Meet the Author

Rick Bundschuh serves as a teaching pastor at Kauai Christian Fellowship, and he also continues to write and illustrate material for various publishers. He lives with his beautiful wife, Lauren, their kids, a weenie dog, and a quiver of surfboards in Poipu, Hawaii. Rick authored Soul Surfer: The Bethany Hamilton Story, Simon and Shuster. Since losing her arm, Bethany Hamilton has been featured all over the media, both nationally and internationally.     Very Good

    This book is so inspiring it teaches us to trust god in all that he does..... It is also very cool how Bethany's friend wrote the book on her life!!! Totally read this book!! Four Stars!!!

    I absulutly loved it!!!!!!!

    Great story from the eyes of a friend of Bethany. In this book you will be strapped in on a rollercoaster that leaves you wanting to read it a second time. This book was VERY inspirational even though Bethany did not wright it, it is based on what happenedin Bethanys life. A definite read.

    GET THIS BOOK

    This book is super inspiring . Really . I was never bored. This series inspired me to look in mission trips for summer. It was totally the best series ive ever read , i was so into it i didnt ever want it to end. This is coming from a teenager who is into stupid books like pretty little liars , but this is by far , soo much better. GET THIS SERIES!

    Omg love it

    Omg i love this book this is the only book have in the soul surfer series and i love it!!!!i totally recomend it if you dont buy it you have none to blame but yourself for not buying it bethany is an awesome person well at least i think so so go ahead and buy it if you need great book to read bye now im going to go read clash !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!     Best book ever! Bethany is amazing

    This book shows how important sharing Gods word really is. We always need to be a good example as Christians and be willing to share His never failing love with others. Bethany Hamilton is so inspiring to me. She is an amazing role modle for teenage girls like me!

    The book is only 90 pages long... I read it in 20 minutes. I guess the ideas are great, but really I suggest it for begginers.

    Bethanys book

    Its really good. Its about bethany and her bffs getting to know a new girl named Jenna. Bethany doesnt really want to be her friend that much, but does.

    No thanks

    This book wasnt one for me. I kinda wish it said more about Bethany (since she is kinda my idol). It told the story of how she wanted her life to be... not how it really is. I think i expected more from this book and that just want what came from it. Nope sorry. Not a book for me.
