    Absolutely moving!!!

We watched the ABC Frontline special that covered Jane Elliot's lesson about discrimination in my 'Child In the Family' class. It was so amazing to see the transformations in the children, and how they werely deeply affected by this lesson in a matter of two days. Elliot was brave to implement this lesson during those times, and in rural Iowa, for that matter. As a future teacher, I admire her ideas and the way she was able to bring this into the classroom. I'll be purchasing this book very soon!! Thanks to Penny and Carol for sharing this wonderful story with the class.
