    A Fun Read

    Received advanced copy and loved it! The Countess provides us with a sneak peak into her life and provides a fresh perspective on timeless etiquette. A must buy.

    A Real Class Act

    I also got my hands on an advance copy of the book and couldn't wait to read it because I am huge fan of the Real Housewives of NYC. I found the book to be a savvy, interesting and actully useful for those real life business and personal situations that can be awkward. I also loved her one liners. The book provides helpful advice presented in a clear, well written, concise, interesting and appropriately humourous manner while always being relevant to today's society. But it's her story that made the book work for me.

    Piece of garbage. Nothing more than a poorly written compilation of arrogance and a misplaced sense of entitlement. Who proofed this book??? Wow...

    A Class Act

    In today's world, I'm perpetually astounded by the rudeness of people on the street, in the office, and in my house. LuAnn's book is simply a MUST-READ for people of all walks of life (even non-Bravo fans!). The saavy information she spills is useful in all situations and she additonally provides much needed technological advice (PDA and cell phone etiquette) missing from most other etiquette books. If you want to be a class act, do yourself a favor and read it! Money doesn't buy class, but this book just might.
