    All-in-all, a great book!

The directions are clear. The size recommendations are for sterling silver rings. I wish alternate metals like aluminum, copper, and brass were listed also. I'd be able to afford to make a lot more projects. I did make the Dreaming in Mail bracelet (pg 81) in silver and I love it.
It would have been easier to follow the step-by-step instructions if colored stones were used in the illustrations (instead of clear). I can't wait to make more projects!

Highly Recommended for Chain Maille Artisans

This book teaches different types of chain maille for beginners, and anyone who is advanced in the art can still use it for reference and enjoy it.

Sue is a great teacher -book should be great!

I recently took a class taught by Sue - both her teaching style and her printed instructions were great, and she says that is how the book is written. She had a large selection of bracelets and necklaces of her own design with her, all fabulous. Can't wait to get this book!

    Disappointed

I have attended her class & purchased this book which was great. However, I did purchase a kit from her and have never received it. I did send an email to her requesting a shipping date for the kit. I was rudely informed the kit would be sent within 2-3 weeks which is understandable due to her teaching schedule. That date has come and gone and I have yet to receive my kit from her. I have made several more attempts to reach her by email and have called once leaving a message with still no response. It's been 4 months since the purchase of this kit, during her class, which I paid cash. Needless to say I'm extremely disappointed in her lack of professionalism and integrity. Word of advice, if you do decide to purchase something from her, make sure she has it available at that time otherwise you won't get it.
