Classic French Cookbook based on 0 ratings. 1 reviews.
This is only a mere collection of recipes and does a poor job of truly teaching classic french culinary techniques. The style of writing and various grammatical errors is not what I would expect from Cordon Bleu. Chefs James Peterson's and Anne Willan's books on culinary techniques do more justice to the world of cookery and teaching traditional french culinary techniques even to the novice and inexperienced cook.
