Meet the Author

Michelle Dudash, R.D., is an award-winning registered dietitian, writer, television personality and recipe developer, and is nationally recognized as an expert in teaching people how health and food can happily co-exist. In her 18 years of food business experience, she earned her certificate as a Cordon Bleu chef, cooked at a Mobil Five Star restaurant, and was a private chef serving guests including English royalty. Michelle graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a B.S. degree in dietetics and a few years later she earned her toque from the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. Drawing on this expertise, she went on to teach at the Arizona Culinary Institute.

Michelle is the Health Expert for sheknows.com, a website engaging nearly 18 million unique visitors monthly and has her own column.     My husband and I have been trying to loose weight but at the same time our children need to eat nutritious healthy meals that will help them grow. This book has been so helpful for us. I feel like we finally understand how to eat healthy without sacrificing flavor. The kids have been really enjoying all the new recipes as well. This is definitely our new go to cookbook for quick weeknight meals.

    These recipes are a great help for anybody who wants to eat healthy, delicious meals. Try the slow cooker beef & vegetables tacos, they are hit with kids!

    Amazing book for easy ways to eat clean! As a student I find it

    Amazing book for easy ways to eat clean! As a student I find it so hard to eat clean because most recipes I find have a slot of expensive ingredients and take to much time. Not this book it has helped me so much to stay clean and still be a student!!

    Not user friendly

    I cannot view the book in any format. I do not have an actual NOOK, but have been able to read multiple nook books on my tablet, computer and cell phone and this certain book is a pdf and will not load. Beware of online format witht his particular nook book.
