    Very useful, understandable information

Dr. Wilke shares a significant amount of information on fibromyalgia, a complex condition without much specific scientific information currently available for the lay reader. His descriptions of various body systems that are involved is comprehensive and presented in a way that the average reader with no medical background can understand. Fibromyalgia has been a much misunderstood disease. As someone who has suffered with it for many years, it is reassuring to finally find a book written by a credible source with straightforward suggestions for treating various symptoms. Also, the explanations of various body systems that are affected helps to make sense of seemingly unrelated symptoms experienced by people with fibromyalgia.

    Don't waste your money

Highly disappointed that the Cleveland Clinic would put its name on this. Not helpful at all. Some of the research is confounded by pure logic. They mostly support prescriptions as treatment, claiming nothing else helps. Very disappointing.

Lots of detailed info, but not overwhelming. Filled with case studies and with tips on how to talk to your own doc.
