If you are like me, when you start having menopause symptoms, you think using hormone replacement therapy could be cancer causing until you read this book. This well organized guide will help put your mind at ease. Holly Thacker uses language that any woman will be able to understand and can certainly relate to. This book does not need to be read cover to cover. By just skimming through the book, you can look up any question that you have. She goes into other problems that you may not think are menopause related, but are important for every woman during this phase of life. For example, the book goes into detail about skin care, sleeping, and healthy eating. You can learn something new every time you open it up.
