    Clever is Not!

I had a horrible time trying to get into this. I found I had to close the book down and move on. I'm sure others may enjoy it but it is not my cup of tea.

    What a waste of time.

The author never explains how the modern day detective gets into the land of fairy tale characters. Even though it is free, it is a waste of time.I only checked one star because they make you check something.

    What?

I didn't read the first one, so maybe I'm out of the loop, but that was about the dumbest thing I've read in a long time.

    Kind of weird love story.

It takes some doing to get the hang of the story-line. Mixed fairy tales with one modern plot twist.

Perhaps okay for kids apx 10 to 13. I wish I had known it was 4 kids but I didn't read the reviews first so it's my own fault that I wasted my time reading it, even though it was short. Safe for kids to read.

    Loved it

This was such a great continuation to "A Clever Detective"! It is crazy, funny, silly and completely tongue in cheek kind of writing. I enjoyed it because I have always been a huge fan of fairytale type stories. Unlike Lanier's "Careful What You Wish For", there is no doubt that this could never happen. It was fun reading, and I am looking forward to the next part.

    Good yet odd

It was very good story but its plot was very odd. I didn't like how the author just tossed a whole bunch of fairy tales together, but i did like the romance part of it. so if it didn't have the romance parts in it, it would only get one star.

    READ FOR A GOOD CHUCKLE

Clever is as Clever Does had me laughing throught the story. It's a great short book to read at bedtime. The author incorporates Disney characters but uses them with a very humorous twist. Of course it has a happy ending!

    good book

    Aubu1964
I started this novel on Thursday July5th 2012. This novel sounded like Snow White with the glass slipper. She had died because she had eaten the poison apple two though I thought I was back in Snow White book when I was a child of 5 years old. Her name was Stacey and Chad went down on his knees and pressed his hands on his chest and said Stacey and he said I love thee and would you be my wife. And he had a box with a ring with a rock as big as a moon crater, Then she grabbed him around his neck and kissed him again. I enjoyed this novel very much. But I wish it was a bit longer though.
