    Great for review

We got this for our daughter who was having trouble with AP Statistics. The textbook the school uses isn't very good, the Cliffs book has been a huge help. My husband who knows statistics really well thinks it is much better organized. No test yet so we don't know if/how it will affect that at the end of the year.

    Errors Everywhere

For those who are, or are thinking about taking the AP Statistics exam, this is not a good choice. The chapters seem very unorganized. The only good part of this book is the 7 Practice exams it comes with. However, do not be fooled. More than half of the practice exams have the same question layout, with basically different numbers. Another very irritating thing is the common errors and misprints. So check the explanation for your wrong answers, your answer might actually be the right one. Plus, take it from me, the actual AP exam is more conceptual than number-crunching. Not your best choice here.
