Years on? Been there done that? But still, don't have the answers they are looking for? All the answers to every oral board and practical exam are in this book. It's not that you don't know how to do your job, your good at your job or you would not be thinking of promotion. It's what you say and how you say it that matters. This book will give you some insight into what your administration is thinking and why. It may seem that you don't agree with everything in here but your Lt. and Capt. do. Learn how to turn a question into an opportunity to show off your skills and abilities.
