    Great Book!

I purchased this book recently and found it to be very informative, basic and to the point. Prof. Holifield breaks each move down and gets right to the point! I plan to share this information with my soldiers prior to deployment to Iraq.

    Great Book!

I am a active duty service member of the Armed Forces and will soon be deploying to Saudi Arabia. I purchased this book from the PX on post and then realized it was by Prof. Holifield! I had heard great things in the Army about the Professor and his book was great! It outlined alot of information that my unit and I could use if needed. I have Professor Holifield's videos and if you got to go to war, you want him with you!!! I recommend this book to any soldier interested in learning hand to hand combat!
