Editorial Reviews

Peter M. Nicholas
Bravo! A highly readable book that explains in clear term why we have heart attacks and how we can increase the odds of living without one
Gregory Sloop
Dr. Kensey has written a refreshing book. . . . Full of commonsense advice, which is unfortunately not all that common these days, this book is a valuable addition to the health literature intended for lay audiences."

Great Book will change your life

I read this book cover to cover. It has a format that I really enjoyed. It has nice short chapters, it relates the message to someone she has helped. I have borrowed the book to several people and everyone has enjoyed it. I have changed some things which I believe has helped me but some where just not the right fit for me at this time or to hard to change.
