Meet the Author

Madeleine Homan, MCC, was a founder of the Blanchard Coaching business in 2000. A coach since 1989, Madeleine was a founding advisory board member and Senior Trainer for Coach University and a founding board member of the International Coach Federation, where she served for six years. She is the coauthor of Leverage Your Best, Ditch the Rest with Scott Blanchard and Coaching Essentials for Leaders with Linda Miller.

Linda J. Miller, MA, MCC, is a leader among organizational coaches and trainers. From 1997–2000, Linda helped launch Corporate Coach University's coaching business. Currently Linda is the Global Liaison for Coaching at The Ken Blanchard Companies, serving as an executive coach and interacting with clients to position coaching in their organizations.
