Overview

"Business and executive coaching occurs within an organizational context with the goal of promoting success at all levels of the organization by affecting the actions of those being coached." (Worldwide Association of Business Coaches, 2007)

This form of coaching is distinct from other types in two ways: first it is focused on achieving business outcomes, and second, both the individual being coached and the sponsoring organization are simultaneously the client.

This book explains how a coach manages the complexity of helping these two clients by acting as a narrative bridge between their stories. It offers a relational approach which resists remedial notions underlying coaching’s human science influence, and is instead culturally aligned to the context of business.

What does Panzer A-A and airtillary mean?

A Panzer is the german word for tank. Tanks are basicly a rolling piece of armour. They usualy have a crew of fice. Driver, gunner, loader, overseer, and the machine gunners. They vary in sizes ad cannons. They usualy have one cannon that has a turent that swivles 360 degress. However soe turrents are different. Tey travel on treads which is what is on a a bobcat bulldozer. They moslt have oe machine gunner eather on a small front turrent of a top full tuurent. They are esantial as mobil artilart and just a moving thig that you can hid in and behind. A-A stands for anti artillary. They are basicly giant cannons that shoot down airplanes. Airtillary is like AA only aimed for ground targets. Have shells that explode on contact with the gound or release poisinous gasses.
