Doesn't actually give serious advice to coaching/parenting children. Just a collection of sports anecdotes.
Pat Williams gives great methods and stories that allow you to learn the strong fundamentals of being a great parent. This is absolutely the best book I have read on this topic, outside of the Bible, that really delivers the goods! I have read it several times, because of my belief in the principles taught by Williams. The list of successful people that Williams interviewed to help with stories and ideas is a who's who in the world of successful highly esteemed individuals. If you have kids, then you NEED to read this book, period! If you love your children you will learn so many valuable methods to communicate with them and love them more! Bottom line, Pat Williams delivers!
Any person involved with kids should read this book. As a parent, I feel better equipped to groom my kids to be part of the next generation of leaders.
