This book knocked me on my sweet spot

I was lost as a new coach until I found this great new book. It models what our soccer association recommends as far as skill instruction, but goes beyond the Xs & Os and deals with team management, communication and even psychology and fitness goals and plans. Too bad that I didn't find this book before I got all of the other 'youth' soccer books. I'll be able to use this one even through junior high with the age group I'm coaching!
