If you're looking for books about coaching volleyball, what you really should be reading is The Bench Sitter. It's a book written from a player's perspective of what impact coaches can have on those who are on their team and what mistakes are commonly made by those coaches. Coming from a former volleyball player myself, go check it out, you won't regret it.
