We enjoyed this book mainly because our family was raised in several of these coal mining camps. The pictures and stories were fascinating. This is more a picture book than your standard non-fiction read. Many of these towns are gone now, but it's fun to pull up these locations on Google Earth and see where the foundations and traces of their existence are. We highly recommend this book especially to the relatives of these miners. Was this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
