    For starters...

For someone who is just getting into Nirvana or just Kurt, this is a great book. I became a fan after Kurt's death, and I feel like this book gave me the insight and same passion for the band and their legacy that fans who'd been there from jump had. It's a good read; the book is a journey "on the road to Nirvana." I recommend the hardback. I treasure my copy. It's a keepsake.

    Amazing..

I must say this has to have been the best book I have ever read, definitely my favorite. I hated putting this book down, I became so lost in it, it's was just awesome. I think kurt was just an amazing person, and someone I admire, even though he hated admiration, there's no way I can't feel that way. I can relate to a lot of the things he felt in his life, there are really no words to explain it. This is a must read for any Nirvana fans!

    KURT'S LIFE-SAD BUT TRUE

this book was so damn good i gave it 5 stars. not only was it well put together, but it has excellent pictures to go along with it. it has actual interviews with kurt, and some parts of the book are so depressing, that it really makes you think about your own life, it kinda makes you appreciate it a little more than usual. this book gives excellent details and all the information u need to know about kurt's life, from his band Nirvana to his love life with courtney. when i read it, i noticed the steps that led to his so-called 'suicide'. this book was GREAT!! i suggest u go and buy it! LONG LIVE NIRVANA!! R.I.P. kurt...
