Overview

Millicent, a highly trained and experienced Cat Intelligence Agent, is sent on a mission to investigate and infiltrate the drug trade operating in the Northern Rivers area of New South Wales. There she meets the dashing but mysterious King. Is this devilishly attractive Burmese merely a distraction, an accomplice or a compatriot? What part does he have to play in the illicit drug trade? Her assignment becomes almost cat-astrophic, when the investigation unexpectedly leads her into deeper and more dangerous areas of intrigue and murder. This book is a must for cat lovers with a sense of humour who appreciate a touch of crime in their reading.

Meet the Author

Bryon Williams, ex-actor,script writer, Stage and Television Producer and Director, and recently turned novelist, is now settled on the beautiful Gold Coast of Queensland, Australia. His previous novels, The Grumpy Old Withered of Oz, a comedic semi autobiographical book about the frustrations of his life as his wife's carer in the not so fast lane of the Zzzzzzzzz Generation, and The Twilight Escort Agency, an hilarious and bawdy look at a mythical escort agency for the 'more mature' client, were published in 2009 and enjoyed a very successful launch and reader response. His next two novels, The Tourist From the Light, a spiritual romance, and The Burning Boy, a dramatic action novel based on the horrors of an ex-Vietnam War cameraman caught up in a sophisticated people smuggling racket in Australia in the seventies, are to be published in the near future.
