Beattie helps readers thoroughly understand the issues involved and teaches them how to set and enforce healthy limits while giving and nurturing others. Meet the Author

Melody Beattie is the author of numerous best-selling books, including Codependent No More, Beyond Codependency, The Language of Letting Go, More Langauge of Letting Go, and 52 Weeks of Conscious Contact.     Highly Recommended

    This is by all my foavorite book. If you or someone in your family struggles with ghe affects alcolohism and codependency this book is a must. This book truley changed my life around.
