Great book. Covers everything there is to know about coffee.

This book is entertaining and informative. Whether you use it as a reference or if you intend to read it from cover to cover (as I did) you will enjoy the time you have spent reading it. "Coffee" covers every aspect of coffee from growing to serving. What I enjoyed most about the author's writing style is how logically he backs his statements using simple and to-the-point explanations. The author shows little to no bias when presenting the material. Whether you are a casual coffee drinker or you have aspirations of becoming a "coffee snob," the author merely informs and lets you decide by offering the pros and cons of every option available. As good of a quality as this is, at times I wanted to know what the author prefers, so that I could use his preferences as a starting point for my own experiments. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this book.

    Rhett Butler

They still waited in line and got tired. "Dad, I seen a nice hub down the street that is in great business. Ive been their before and they take your order from your car to." Vanessa says. "Wanna go there?"
Joseph looked at Vanessa then his dad. "I'll go. Business is slow here."
Rhett Butler nodded and looked at the line. "Well then, we might as well go." He says walking out to their car driving to 'the hub' res 1.
