    Excellent!

I have never read a novel like this one. It's a story of a cop's revenge over the murders of his wife and young daughter. While there is some graphic violence, it is not what I would consider to be "gratuitous" violence. I usually predict endings but I definitely did not see this ending coming. Will read the sequel as soon as I can. Excellent job, Sgt. Neece!

    Very graphic

I made the mistake of starting this book at night and had to switch to another book after the first chapter. The story started with a bang and was very graphic in the description of torture. While it is well written, I wasn't ready for such a detailed and shocking story line. I would like to have seen a review that mentioned that and been either better prepared or waited to get the book. Again well written, just very graphic.

    OK

The storyline is okay, but too graphic and violent for my taste.

    So sorry... Poorly written.

Story too difficult to follow, lifeless characters, poorly written, just not worth it.
