A little confusing. Was this the whole book?

Had promise of something interesting, as I felt that eventually the disjointed chapters would come together, either in theme or as subplots. However, for me the did not. Quite disappointing, unfortunately.

    48 pages, free

This 48 page free book made no sense what so ever. It was well edited. There was some very mild violence. There was no ending, no plot and no cohesion. I could not figure out the purpose of this short story. I thought it might be an on going storyline or prequal, but could not find the rest of the story. Perhaps it has not been published yet. I even checked my husband's Kendle to see if if Amazon had anything, but it didn't. This was a big waste of time. There was not even enough information to assign it to a genre.
