    LOVE THIS BOOK!

I have been through this book multiple times and each time I get new ideas and inspiration. If you enjoy anything from being "tactile" with your own thoughts and memories, to doing anything artsy, you will enjoy this book. Not only does it give you ideas, inspiration, and aspiration, it gives you techniques that are fun.
