I am a huge fan of the Collector Books, but this one falls short. The only real good thing I can say about it is that there is an updated 2008 values edition. Book is all black and white pictures - picture about 12 or so postcards shown per page, printed on regular paper, not the higher quality "shiny" pages often seen in Collector's books. Because of this, many of the postcards themselves are hard to see, and trying to use this book for research is beyond frustrating. Besides the graphics issue, there is no in depth printer/history/geographical info, and there is not much organization. Even doing a reprint with crisp colored pages would be a big improvement.
