Being newly acquainted with the Mat-Su valley and a resident of Minnesota, it was fun to read about these early pioneers, their struggles and adventures. Good quick history of that first year.
Takes place during World War 2, this book tells of a decision in that time that helps changes the course of the war. The characters may be made up but the adventure of what the characters go through is real.
