Overview

Harold Debec was having a lousy year. His wife of 23 years had left him for a young holistic healer. Their son graduated college and moved to the state of Washington to cut lumber. And finally the unkindest cut of all, fired from the New York advertising agency he helped found.

Against his better judgment, Harry moves to Los Angeles to help promote the snake-bitten sequel to a talking dog movie. Enter a Hungarian junkie film director, a trio of entitled white wannabe gangstas who kidnap America's favorite diabetic pooch and a girl named Holly Cloth.
