I would certainly give more than 5 stars if they were available. I have a copy of Nancy Miller Saunders' book, *Combat by Trial*, and the outer edges are full of the little sticky markers designed for marking passages. As I read, I placed markers to remind me of incidents/information that I knew I would want to go back and reread. I was a young mother during that time so even though I had a brother in Vietnam and later in the VVAW, my time was taken with caring for a home and young child. I saw the news, but not in the same depth that *Combat by Trial* explains. While I had supported the anti-war movement, I still did not fully understand it until I read Nancy Miller Saunders' book. It is a page turner -- it reads like a novel, but it's all true -- and it explains much about a troubled time in our history. I highly recommend the book, and anyone who prefers to read the book before a movie is made of it should not hesitate to do it. I have not heard if a movie contract has been made, but it should be. It would be the most eye-opening movie of that period yet made.
