At last an authoritative, user friendly way to lose fat!

As a physician, nearly half of the men and women I see in my medical practice are overweight. About 2 in 10 are frankly obese. For years I¿ve been on the lookout for an approach to losing weight that made sense and that I could recommend to them with some degree of enthusiasm. I finally found the answer in this program called the ¿Combat Fat¿ program. The book was effectively brought to my attention by one of my patients who had already given the Combat Fat approach a try and had begun to win her battle to trim down. It¿s the only approach I know of that is actually based on guidelines set up by the Surgeon General and the Centers for Disease Control, which is reassuring when you stop to consider how may weight loss programs are little more than fads. I plan to inform my overweight patients about this unusually user friendly book, especially those who are trying to give up cigarettes or have a family history of diabetes or heart disease or if they¿re already in trouble with any one of a number of obesity-related illnesses, or if they¿re just interested in looking better and living longer.
