Meet the Author

Well, I just love to write, to think about and to come up with stories. Maybe my life is boring.I have been writing since the age of 15. Fortunately, life got in the way, and now, aged 38; I have finally finished my first novel. My influences span literature, theatre and film - if a story is good and engaging, it's all I need. Those who have influenced me are many, far too many authors and creators to list here - any genre, any era, if the story has got some humanity, I'll listen.

Good book if you enjoy Bond-like adventure

I enjoyed the book but was left a little confused by the end. I think parts of the story could have been explained better and I kept waiting to find out more details about the lead character like how or where he learned all those skills to get him out of the numerous bad situations.

    Good read

I main character developed quickly and the story moved along swiftly.

    Its ok

Since the story was free, I'd say it was worth the read. It wasn't the best story I've read, but neither was it terrible. There are quite a few times where the wrong words were used (they sound like the word the author really meant to use.) There could be some work done with grammer and sentence structure, but these things didn't detract from the story to the point it was unreadable. I think there could be more crafting of the main character further fleshing him out. For instance, he was quite quick with the killing of which he does a lot of, and I kept thinking there had to be more of a backstory as to why he was so quick to kill. It would have helped to know more of the details of his muteness, which is inferred to be the result of a childhood trauma. The ending itself seemed a bit abrupt and kind of left you hanging. Seems like this book may be the groundwork for a series. All in all I would give encouragement to the author to continue his story telling and would be interested to watch him evolve as a writer.

    Excellent but bizarre

Strange and exciting plot, some grammar and spelling errors, but overall superbly written.
