Comeblack

Editorial Reviews

All Music Guide - Gregory Heaney
Released while Scorpions were still on their farewell world tour, Comeblack features the iconic German rockers delivering newly recorded versions of some of their most popular songs. Standing out among the covers, however, are their massive, hard-rocking versions of the T. Rex classic "Children of the Revolution" and Gloria Jones' and later Soft Cell's "Tainted Love." More than anything else, the album feels like Scorpions are just trying to have some fun on their way out the door, and as far as "goodbye" albums go, you can't ask for much more than that.
