    Rachael does it again!!!

    Rachael does it again. After trying her original 30 minute meals cookbook, I tried this one. Again, big, bold flavors in very little time. Best of all, simple ingredients. Most found right in the cupboard. For all of you that get the food-network may I recommend tunning into her show, 30 minute meals. She cooks up dishes that I haven't seen in any of her books. I'm looking forward to trying more of her cookbooks.

    awesome cookbook

    my husband bought this cookbook for me since i've been watching the show on the food network. we've enjoyed every recipe that we have tried!! the recipes are easy to follow & are full of flavor!

    COMFORT FOODS IN 30 MINUTES THANKS RACHAEL RAY.

    This book sounds so good i mean to have a esay way to make your favirot comfrot foods in 30 minutes thats so good now even the bisest of familys can whip up esay,fast and good foood with out wasting tim in the kitchen, this would be good for any working or stay at home mom that has very littel time to cook and wants to give a quick and easy meal at home with out everyone asking whens dinner or whats for dinner, rachael you have rocked your way to good and esay 30 minute meals againe. joanna

    FANTASTIC AND SIMPLE RECIPES

    I've been a fan of Rachael for years and have more of her books. This is one of the best. Every recipe is simple and the results are fantastic. You won't be sorry if you buy it.

    To Heck with McDonald's

    Finally! I can cook and help with homework!!!! No more take out for us. I cook 6 nights a week and the 7th night is taken care of by a dual meal, yeah. Thanks Boo for testing all of it out. Rachel, you ROCK!!!

    Radical Rachul

    Wowza. Everyone I meet thinks i am Rachael. It is so cool! I even named my twins Rachael and Ray. Her books and show are really neat too. I even dress like her. She sure does know how to cook (and dress too). Her laugh always cheers me up. All of her books rule the roost. It is a must get. I really know how to cook now. She is also funny. Her silly recipe titles like curry in a hurry always make me chuckle (I sound just like her). Get this as soon as you can. I can't wait for her next book. I hope it is How to be Rachael Ray in 30 minutes.

    I Love This Cookbook!!!

    I received this cookbook on 3/28/03 (a Friday). The cupboards in my house were very bare this weekend, yet I was able to make two incredible meals from this book from the ingredients I had on hand!!! Both meals I prepared were raved about. This is an all-time favorite new recipe book!!
