I enjoyed this book very much. I am a new knitter and sometimes overwhelmed by the complexity and demands of some patterns. This book is straight forward - simple, chic patterns and wonderful layout! Pick a pillow pattern or perhaps a chenille bath robe. Included are wonderful detailed pictures of the basic knitting stitches and help on picking a color scheme. She stresses use of natural yarns and colors. You'll be happy with this book if you like styles like those found in Martha Stewart Living or Real Simple magazine.
