Overview

Chase Murphy was like any teenager; not a jock, not a geek, not a stoner, and he just wanted to survive high school. Survive being the key word. Everyday was brutal.

Brad Wilson was everything that Chase wasn't, minus the drugs. All star football player, wrestling champ and Mr. Popular whose favorite pastime seemed to be tormenting Chase.

When Chase Murphy returns to his backwater home in North Carolina, after eight years in the Marine Corps, only to be confronted by his high school tormentor, Brad Wilson, he isn't the same wimpy kid. His hatred for Brad and his buddies hadn't dimmed but he wouldn't be tormented any longer.

Only Brad isn't interested in tormenting Chase; he is interested in something else entirely.

But will Chase be interested in the same thing?

I am unlike most authors since I only began writing a few years ago. My first book Fates, an adult fantasy, was published in 2010. My love for reading fantasy, paranormal, and contemporary erotic romance has caused me to discard my Bachelor’s degrees in management and marketing (at my husband’s insistence!) in order to write full time.Currently, I have fourteen books published (two of which are free: Before there was Beer Pong and Coming Home!) I am an Amazon top 50 author and All Romance eBooks (ARE) Bestseller for Brothers By Bond and an Amazon top 20 author for Not For Sale. My newest release, Undercover Love includes Not For Sale and the sequel, Highest Bidder, was published in November 2013.I reside in Tampa, FL when not attending conventions and am the Chapter Coordinator for the Tampa Bay O.G.R.E.s, as well as a volunteer with the Tampa Bay Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence. After being away from his small NC hometown for 8 years, Chase Murphy returns a changed man after serving 8 years as a Marine. Within days he meets up with his high school nemesis, Chad, and learns that they both have changed! This is a short story with great characters and believable situations, and great sex. I am just sorry that the story ended so soon--I wanted to read more about Chase and Chad!

It was really good and I recommend. It was different from the other gay romance/eroticas ive read, which is why I liked it so much

I liked the story over all well enough. I wanted more development of the story line. The ending was too abrupt. I felt like I was just beginning to get to know Chase and Brad when the story was done. Another book continuing their journey to something more real in a relationship would be nice. Adult read

It was a good read. If you've ever had the chance to face your old tormentor from high school, you can identify with the main character. Ric B Houston, TX

Character names (Chad & Chase) were too similar and made this story a difficult read. I was never quite sure whose head we in unless a tag was attached! CH did have a decent storyline...except for the other classmate who just disappeared after his rant...but t just didn't quite resonate for me
