    Lesson Learned

Allen Sharpe is in a world of his own. After graduating from an Ivy League university, he thinks that life will be easy. After all, he has been prepared by a great school. WRONG! Some things are better learned through experience. Allen and a few friends find this out rather quickly that a job isn’t as easy to acquire as thought and no matter what your plan may be, life is subject to throw a curve.

Through it all, Allen’s relationship with God grows stronger through each experience and lesson taught.

Being a college student myself, a lot of the things that happen to Allen and his friends I have heard from fellow students and employees. Although I felt that the book was a little “wordy” and lengthy, “Commencement” by Lawrence Cherry was a good read. I look forward to what Mr. Cherry releases next.
