I liked the information in this book. Very useful. However, the constant reference to the authors' Mentorship program and their sucessful Mentor students is a bit much.

If you're considering their mentorship program, due your due dilligence and check out websites like http://www.realestatecoursereviews.com or http://www.ripoffreport.com/

If you are thinking about investing in commercial real estate than this book is an absolute must have for your library. The information presented in the book is easy to use and extremely practical. I refer to it often! The information provided has allowed me to purchase the first of what I hope will be many large and very profitable investment properties.

This book is laid out in a clear and concise manner giving the reader the information they would need to build a successful commercial real estate career even without any previous knowledge or experience. One of the things I especially like is that the authors don't sugar coat everything as many other real estate books do. They explain the positives and negatives of the various careers in commercial real estate. I have recommended this to friends that have been doing this for many years but were unaware of things in this book that I mentioned. It will save one friend his large nest egg. If you are interested in investing in commercial real estate then this needs to be in your library as a reference you will frequently refer to.

A very thick hollow tree with different platforms. Each platform had one nest.
